As an avid runner, trail runner, and hiker, Andrea has a strong understanding of biomechanics and the physical demands placed on the body through endurance training and strength work. She works closely with runners, endurance athletes, and active individuals to address overuse injuries, mobility restrictions, and muscular imbalances while supporting efficient movement and long-term durability. Andrea incorporates techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy into results-driven treatments tailored to each client’s training phase and goals. Lisa is a graduate of MH Vicars School of Massage, earning a 2200 hour Remedial Massage Therapist degree. Offering therapeutic and relaxation massage based on appropriate assessment and treatment planning using a variety of techniques including deep tissue, fire cupping, acupressure, myofascial release, trigger point release, active inhibition, hydrotherapy.

Originally from the Northwest Territories, Lisa moved to Airdrie in 2017 to pursue a career in Massage Therapy, further building on her passion for teaching Fitness classes, Nutrition Coaching and leading life change programs.

With a background in health and wellness and training the body to grow and change, massage therapy is a nice balance in training the body to slow down and recover, both physically and mentally.
